Preserving pans

Postby childoftheearth » Fri Dec 18, 2009 2:37 pm

Can anyone please suggest somewhere to buy a preserving pan? So far the only one I can find is from the Aga shop and it is $237!

I have seen some in an online shop in England for a much-more-reasonable 34.00 British pounds ~$100, but sadly they don't take overseas orders.

Hi Elaine,

Now somewhere here (I think) Kathleen said about NZ I'm not sure if we had a site listed though.

If I can find out I'll let you know, otherwise if you find closer and cheaper can you post here so everyone knows?

Yes your right Vicki it was I who mentioned the preserving pans.

I looked high and low in Australia (all over Perth and sundry places here) and online all over Australia but was unable to find a proper preserving pan. I eventually bought two proper preserving pans over in New Zealand when we were there on holiday to visit family a couple of years ago. Have yet to use my own however my Mum has used the one I bought back for her and loves it.

The pans were $NZ 139 each.
